SSDA SCHOLARSHIP
The members of SSDA voted in September 2002 to sponsor an outstanding dietetic student for the WSDA conference. We will offer a $110 scholarship towards WSDA expenses. To apply for the scholarship, please fill out the folllowing form and submit to SSDA. Entries must be received by February 1, 2008. The award recepient will be notifed in Feburary and will be presented the award at the march half day program. If you are chosen, you will be asked to write a short essay of what you found to be the most valuable at the conference and submit it to the SSDA Newsletter Editor for the Fall Newsletter.
