Linda will share perspective from the CMS/ Pioneer Network Symposium: Creating Home II –  Food and Dining of 2010, including her paper on the barriers and challenges of regulatory compliance while ensuring that residents have dining choices and self determination.

Holly will discuss the basic Six Sigma phases of define, measure, analyze, improve and control, along with tools and application of basic lean principles to the dietetics practice.
